Chris is a freelance guitarist, composer and instructor based in Long Island, New York. He’s a skilled music composer with experience in arranging and creating musical pieces for jazz combos, chamber ensembles, and orchestras. His musical activities include recording sessions (online and in person), composing for film/TV, and teaching privately.

Much of his time is spent teaching remotely in his home studio, working online with clients from all over the world.

As a teacher, Chris focuses on the specific goals of each student and customizes lesson plans accordingly.

Lessons cover musical fundamentals that apply to players of any style, as well as using the students’ favorite songs to demonstrate the application of musical techniques and to build the students repertoire.

Chris specializes in helping players of all styles overcome common hurdles in technique, fretboard theory, ear training, sight reading, songwriting, and recording techniques in a DAW.
